Our Champagne BRUT Rosé is a magnificent blended champagne made from three Champagne grape varieties, enhanced with a little red wine from our vines.
Very lightly dosed, it has the particularity of being close to full-bodied and passionate wines, and offers sensations of red fruits and fleshiness.
It is distinguished by its coppery pink color, accompanied by brilliant reflections, a very beautiful foam and very fine bubbles.
An ample and powerful Rosé, with a liveliness perfectly controlled by the dosage.

EYE : Pale color with orange-pink reflections, fine bubbles and persistent collar, luminous and dense aspect.
NOSE : Raspberry, apricot, pomelo, orange, strawberry, peach, cherry, soft chalk, quince, almond, blackcurrant, lemon.
PALATE : Straight and fresh attack, creamy effervescence. Luscious and crunchy fruity substance underlined by a lemony and pomelo acidity. Mid-palate orchestrated by a clayey-chalky minerality that gives fruity volume, chewiness, frankness, iodized salinity and length on the palate.
The fleshy consistency of the wine is enhanced by freshness. Fruity and ample finish.

VINIFICATION :
Only “la Cuvée” (first juice from the first pressing) is used in the composition of our champagnes.
Natural vinification, without any addition of yeast (spontaneous fermentation by the yeasts contained in the wine).
Malolactic fermentation carried out.
